tas4d Platform Rules

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an account on tas4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Access by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to court orders restricting financial transactions are not eligible.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tas4d or any third-party responsible gaming body with which we cooperate.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of tas4d or any of its affiliated game suppliers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming platforms is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player may register one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether identified by the same or different personal details, constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. tas4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

tas4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that fraudulent activity is occurring.

All financial transactions on tas4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not charge currency conversion fees on Rupiah-denominated transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own service charges independent of tas4d.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). Available methods may vary by transaction type and are subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Processing times: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Nyepi, or due to scheduled banking maintenance windows.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit, or to a method registered in your verified name after completing KYC.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds credited to your account.
• tas4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether full KYC has been previously completed.
• Deposits made in error by the player cannot be reversed once the funds have been applied to an active game session. Players should contact support immediately if a deposit error occurs before commencing play.

tas4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Online slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets contribute at a rate dependent on the odds of the selection, as specified in each promotion's terms. Certain high-RTP games may contribute 0% and these will be listed in the specific promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 7 days of the bonus being credited, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds will be removed from the account upon expiry without notice.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds is capped at 10x the original bonus amount.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: tas4d monitors all bonus activity. Accounts that show patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and any associated winnings forfeited.

Each game and betting market on tas4d is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules will prevail with respect to the conduct and outcome of that specific game or market.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for BRI Liga 1 matches, PSSI and the competition organizer's official results apply; for international competitions (EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), results from UEFA, FIFA, and the competition's official governing body apply. In the event of a result dispute, tas4d's decision, based on the official governing body's ruling, is final.

Live Casino: Live casino games streamed through Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by those providers' game rules, which are displayed in the live game interface. Malfunction of the streaming connection that interrupts a live game round will result in the round being voided and any wager returned to the player's balance, unless the game's provider rules specify otherwise.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published in the game's information panel. tas4d does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after a game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect payout being credited to a Player's account, tas4d reserves the right to correct the balance. The Player has no entitlement to retain incorrectly credited funds.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more selections are voided due to match postponement or cancellation, the parlay is recalculated on the remaining selections.

tas4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. We recognize that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following player protection tools are available to all account holders at no charge. To activate any of these tools, contact our support team at [email protected] or through the live chat function in your account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert after a specified period of continuous play. You may then choose to end the session or continue.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Existing withdrawal requests will still be processed.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite closure of your account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months and requires a formal application and identity verification before reinstatement can be considered.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tas4d and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including placing bets, managing sessions, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card games such as Bandar Q or live casino poker formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to support immediately; winnings arising from a known exploit are not payable.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing account suspension, self-exclusion, or bonus restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward tas4d staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with our support team.

All content on the tas4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of tas4d or its licensed suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any tas4d content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Using the tas4d brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tas4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tas4d expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, banking maintenance windows, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government-ordered platform restrictions, or cyberattacks.
• Outcomes of games or sporting events, including results that are disputed by a Player.
• Any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of tas4d.

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

tas4d reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to tas4d.
• We are required to do so by court order, regulatory directive, or other binding legal instrument.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, tas4d reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance in its entirety.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which tas4d holds its operational license.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, tas4d operates a formal complaints procedure. Players who wish to escalate a complaint must submit a written account of the dispute to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Platform shall be conducted in the English language.

tas4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor amendments — such as clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players — we may update the Terms without advance notice, with the effective date updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
